Emilio Pucci Milan Fashion Week F/W 2015

Slinky, sexy, seventies—if there’s one designer who embodies all that, it’s Peter Dundas. He’s been that way for his entire career, whether it’s officially in fashion or not, and now that it is on trend, there’s no one who can do it with more authority and finesse than he does. His sign-off at Emilio Pucci (the news of his departure was not officially confirmed after the show but is expected) involved a summation of all his strengths, some of which he learned in an earlier stage of his career, working in couture in Paris. And apart from that, there was emotion; the models (Anja Rubik, Eva Herizgova, Karlie Kloss, Julia Nobis, et al) clearly felt the thrill of walking for their friend.
